On a cold, but brilliantly sunny, 15 January 2015, locomotive No 34051 Winston Churchill, was rolled out of the Mid-Hants workshops at Ropley. This marked the completion of its two-year cosmetic restoration.

The event was marked by a private photo session for the restoration  team members and the FNRM South of England Group, which paid for the work. Click on the thumbnails for a larger version.
